Start by incorporating simple exercises like squats and lunges into her routine.
After each set, hydrate and re-weigh to track progress - witnessing a 6kg loss down to 64kgs.
Continue the regimen with cycling, treadmill runs, rope skipping, arm exercises with dumbbells, weight lifting, and boxing to further aid in her weight loss journey.
Celebrate her success upon reaching the final weight of 49kgs, observing her remarkable transformation.
